2012 Family Day Fishing Derby - February 18 to 20, 2012
Ice fishing is starting again this year, but due to the warm weather, the strong ice has not arrived! Fishermen are waiting for some cold weather to firm up the ice.

This is a reminder, that the 2012 LBR "Ice Fishing Derby" will be held in February,"Family Day" weekend. Registration starts February 18 at 9:00 a.m. The derby ends at noon February 20th. As in the past, the entry fee is $5 per person and we provide free hamburgers, hot dogs, juice, goodie bags, and lots of prizes and trophies for the various age groups.

This year we will also have some organized activities and Hot Chocolate for the children. Be sure to pick up the schedule of activities when you register to learn the times, meeting places (if not on the ice) and details of each activity. There will be two on Saturday and two on Sunday. Not mandatory, just fun!
