Dec. 19Cell Phone Service for Rogers at LBR!

I am a Rogers customer and have contacted them regarding cell phone service and mentioned that in the Wind Farm update of September 15th, EDF (the wind farm owners) are looking at working with providers to put a booster(s) on one of their communication towers nearest the resort. Regarding Cell Phone Service We would encourage everyone even if you are not with Rogers to do the following:

    Go to: Contact Us
    Go to: Share a Concern
(under share a concern request for Rogers to boost the cell phone service and note the location (Lat. 50.233591 - Long. 112.850618) for Little Bow Resort in Vulcan County.
I have been told that all concerns are dealt with and a reply will be provide to each concern. The more people that do this, the better Rogers will deal with our cell phone service matters.

Regards,
Linda Lassonde

Oct. 20Attention all Owners!
As mentioned in the Wind Farm update of September 15th, EDF (the wind farm owners) are looking at working with Bell/Telus and or Rogers to put a booster(s) on one of their communication towers nearest the resort. The more calls to Bell/Telus and or Rogers the more chance they will work with EDF to put a booster on their tower. So far, trouble tickets have been set up for both Telus and Bell (a Rogers customer needs to set up a ticket with them). The Bell phone number is 1 (800) 667-0123 and the ticket # is 7095796. The Telus phone number is 1 (866) 558-2273 and a ticket has been setup as #4424137. When calling please note our location (Lat. 50.233591 - Long -112.850618). They advised that the more people who call, the more chance they would work to resolve the issue. It takes about 5 minutes and I encourage everyone to call their provider to log the issue under one of the above ticket numbers.
